Elastic is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, on our Digital Strategy and Performance Marketing team. You will be chartered with building our database growth strategy and email marketing program. You will focus on growing and engaging our database, moving customers forward in the buyer’s journey, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will align with the Global Campaigns and Regional Marketing teams to develop a database growth and engagement strategy to support campaign plans and objectives. You will build a new email marketing function, lead our email content, prioritization, and design strategy, and conduct A/B testing to improve results. You will carefully track and report on performance metrics such as sign-ups, unsubscribes, open rates, and content engagement.
Success will require the ability to deliver and implement a database growth strategy, investigate cohort analysis and database health, set customer-centric email campaign goals, project manage key initiatives, establish a comprehensive prioritization model, maintain a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and stay excited for continuous improvement. This person will need to have an ambitious nature to try new things, a drive for testing and learning, and the skills to prioritize projects effectively. This role will soon lead a team of digital strategists aligned with regional priorities.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $128,100 and $176,200, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
