The Payroll Manager - North America is a highly developed, integral member of Elastic's Global Payroll community. We are looking for a seasoned payroll professional with an in-depth knowledge of the end to end pay cycle process, who brings a collaborative spirit and commitment of excellence to our team. You will lead all aspects and activities necessary to process payroll in the United States and Canada. As our organization grows, your skills and judgment will be exercised in obtaining solutions to scale and solve unique and complex payroll-related operational challenges. You must be proactive in identifying business solutions; able to improve and streamline payroll practices; be proficient in detailing policies and procedures; and able to develop tools, reporting and metrics. You will regularly interact and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels; and support the Sr. Manager to coordinate and meet company roadmaps and objectives.
