We are looking for a Product Design Manager who, while primarily focused on management, can roll up their sleeves to review designs and provide clear direction when needed. This individual will lead the product design team focusing on EndPoint and Cloud Security within our Security Siem platform. The successful candidate will oversee the development of the product-design roadmap, mentor and support designers, and ensure the team's work aligns with the overall security design strategy.
Collaborating with other design managers to align priorities and design approaches, this role will also support the creation and refinement of a broader security design strategy in partnership with the design director. It's crucial for the manager to maintain a strategic view, yet delve into the details when necessary, ensuring timely project execution.
Responsibilities include clearing hurdles for the team by offering strategic directions aligned with our overarching design vision. Being a part of our large global UX team, the manager will play a key role in upholding our global UX strategy and promoting design maturity throughout the organization.
