What is The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic GERMAN speaking Inside Sales Representative for the Austrian market to join our team in Barcelona! In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving new business and expanding Elastic’s footprint within a high-potential set of accounts. Your mission? To help customers across EMEA-Nordic unlock the full value of Elastic Cloud solutions. If you thrive on innovation and enjoy building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you! For this position it's crucial you speak the language. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within your territory by developing and executing strategic sales and partner plans.
  • Champion cutting-edge technologies like GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships.
  • Expand existing accounts by engaging key stakeholders and introducing new use cases.
  • Implement a structured prospecting strategy to generate pipeline and solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, product, and customer service teams.
  • Lead customers through the sales process, closing complex deals with confidence.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to build and execute a solid business plan.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years’ sales experience within the software industry.
  • Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
  • Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections.
  • A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain outstanding outcomes.
  • Technological proficiency, strong business insight, and supreme communication skills including written, oral, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • We are looking for fluent or native German speakers who are also fluent in English
