Position: Skillbridge Sales Operations Analyst - AMER

This role is designed for individuals eligible to participate in a Skillbridge internship from now until February 2024, for a 3-6 month duration.

As an Entry-Level Sales Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of our sales and operations team, supporting critical processes and helping to drive the success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of a sales organization and to grow within the field.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing impactful narrative content for the sales team by effectively utilizing data insights.
  • Building skills to conduct comprehensive analyses to identify underlying factors and quantify their effects, supporting company-wide initiatives and driving growth strategies.
  • Drive the analytical rhythm of our business including quarterly business reviews and weekly insights packages
  • Contribute to Fiscal Year Planning tasks, including territory allocation, quota establishment, and enablement efforts.
  • Become an expert in understanding sales KPIs and implications on performance tracking and forecasting, providing actionable insights to optimize decision-making.
  • Deliver analytical perspectives to guide critical business choices, ranging from go-to-market strategies to process enhancements, metrics evaluation, and dashboard development.
