The Sales Enablement Specialist is a dedicated performance and productivity partner to stakeholders within the portfolio of sales teams supported by sales enablement. The person in this role takes the requirements from strategic programs around process, policy & tool changes and creates an enablement plan, utilizing our team framework and rhythm.  The Sales Enablement Coordinator is a key collaborator of internal content, skill, technology, and tool providers to the enablement architects at both strategic and tactical levels.  Collaborating with key stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, training, and process teams to understand the business requirements of the changes, working cross functionally to deliver user experiences that meet or exceed those needs to deploy agile sales enablement solutions.

We believe sales enablement includes three key pillars; talent enablement, message enablement, and pipeline enablement.  Our enablement strategy aligns to that framework with the intent to empathize with sellers and make their work less complex as well as reduce customer confusion.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design and development of live and self-paced enablement experiences around new process, policy or tool changes that provide the role-based skills development and mindset shifts needed to close deals.
  • Facilitate process, policy, and tools enablement
  • Write and maintain tools procedures 
  • Serve as a subject expert for using sales tools
  • Work with the team to develop the enablement experience in service of field sales by being the "voice of sales" and aligning outcomes to customer and seller success.  
  • Support architecture, design and contribution working sessions to develop and document the end-to- end enablement experience solution for each type of interaction.
  • Continuously drive leading-edge innovations into the enablement experience.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $106,800 and $146,900, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
