To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Manager of Revenue Growth Initiatives to develop and implement strategic go-to-market initiatives for Field Operations. As a founding member, you will help build the Revenue Growth Office, which operates like an internal consulting group, working only on go-to-market initiatives that are top priorities for leadership, requiring the ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, and managing stakeholders by influence. Typically, these initiatives are aimed at increasing revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and/or improving GTM effectiveness and efficiency.
As a Manager of Revenue Growth Initiatives, you will report into the Senior Director of GTM Strategy and Planning, and fully immerse yourself in organizing and leading high-profile strategic initiatives. Key elements of this role include developing a business case and strategy to achieve an ambitious goal, collaborating with a large group of cross-functional stakeholders to develop an impactful solution, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to implement a coherent plan. You will either work alone or with another member of the RGO team, to drive the strategic initiatives, taking ownership of initiative outcomes and deliverables. You will also use storytelling skills and presentations to persuasively communicate your recommendations to leadership, and influence teams to make decisions and mobilize them toward executions. Over time you will build lasting relationships with colleagues across Elastic, enabling you to execute rapidly with cross-functional support.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $103,700 and $142,600, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
