The Policy Manager - Operational Excellence role will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to craft and implement a policy framework for all sales policies to enable the sales organization to execute to defined standards for operational scale!

This position will report to the Sr. Director, Business Operations. This role will serve to align go-to-market strategies, operational execution, educating and assisting sales with adhering to documented and communicated policies!

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with leadership to develop, lead and communicate policies globally for scaled growth.
  • Create leadership governance with cadence to communicate progress on all policy efforts and challenges.
  • Bring industry best practices and innovation to policy creation and management.
  • Assess current documented policies for accuracy and completeness and close gaps.
  • Maintain documents in a document repository for ease of access by sales communities globally.
  • Supervise, measure and analyze policy adherence, working with process owners and business teams to identify trends, risks, and required corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic advice to process owners as processes are developed or revised to ensure alignment to policy.
  • Be the policy expert and enable front-line sales support teams to answer policy-related queries with speed and accuracy.

What You Bring Along:

  • 5+ years creating policy documents and partnering with leadership teams to guide organizational growth and transformation
  • Strong preference for those who have supported a Business and/or Sales Operations organization
  • Effective history of leadership and collecting data from various sources and business units
  • Ability to use good judgment to make decisions in a timely manner under pressure
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action and scale
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations, comfortable working in high growth, fast-paced environment

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite + Google Workspace (formally G-Suite)
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytics skills
  • Outstanding writing skills and have the ability to create polished policy documents
  • Excellent communication
