Reporting to Elastic’s Global Sales Operations Organization, you will focus on the end-to-end strategy and operations for Elastic's global renewals organization.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and IT responsible for the upkeep and development of all renewals programs including; performance metrics, forecasting, fiscal year planning, territory carve, quota allocation, onboarding & training, compensation design, sales policy, continuous process improvement, and special projects. You will be a strategic partner matrix aligning with the VP, of Global Renewals playing a pivotal role in maintaining and improving renewals at Elastic. As Elastic continues to grow, so does the need for new and innovative ways to develop, and improve our programs & critical initiatives. This role will serve as a key collaborator in the design and implementation of priority growth areas for the renewals organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

Be the lead operations support globally for the Renewals Sales Organization responsible for:

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to prioritize and complete priority projects with global impact
  • Responsible for stating & maintaining an accurate record of the existing Renewal Base/Book of Business
  • Support leadership with weekly forecasting, craft dashboards & forecasting tools to improve forecast accuracy, and expose focus areas in order to beat our financial goals
  • Maintain the historic reporting of renewals performance metrics. Renewal Base, Renewal Bookings, Renewal Rate, and any other relevant performance metrics
  • Use data to build narrative content for QBRs and Board reviews that not only tell the story but expose root cause and drive action
  • Set & maintain quota for the global renewals organization
  • Support Fiscal Year Planning activities including modeling, & historic insights to derive an accurate & competitive Plan
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop concrete, measurable projects, and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve rep efficiency
  • Perform in-depth analyses on root causes to support central initiatives and drive growth
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement
  • Provide analytical insights into aspects of key business decisions, including go-to-market strategies, prioritization, process improvement, metrics, and dashboards
  • Identify levers for driving revenue growth and sales efficiency

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar field in SaaS Organizations
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience required. A Master's Degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
  • A data-minded individual and power user of g-sheets and MS Excel
  • Experience with BigQuery, and SQL. Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Deep familiarity with and Salesforce CPQ
  • High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint and G-Slides to build C-Suite level presentations
  • Solutions-focused style possessing the ability to quickly change directions given new information or shifting priorities
  • Highly organized, analytical, data-driven, and experienced at crafting business plans to support program decisions
  • Excellent communication, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable working and presenting to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
