What You Will Be Doing:

Clean and validate data to ensure its accuracy and reliability (legal agreements, sales opportunities).
Create and enforce partner data governance standards and procedures that align with Sales Ops, Finance, and the broader Sales Team

maintaining SFDC territory accuracy for the Partner Team, which involves managing roles, access, and territories for team members.
Onboard and offboard Partner Team members in the system (i.e. user access to Tableau, Clari, SFDC/CPQ)
Maintain accurate opportunity split information for Partner Team crediting. Multiple roles getting paid on a deal.

Implement SFDC Partner Account hierarchy complementary to existing customer account hierarchy.
Identify current Sales Ops tools and systems and how they can be enhanced for partners (i.e. Clari, Workday Adaptive, People AI, Outreach)
Collect, clean, and transform data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify data requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.

What You Bring Along:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the software industry.
Experience working with or supporting Partner ecosystem go-to-market
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e. Excel, Tableau)
Experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance
