Sales Operations Manager - Partners

Elastic has a go to market strategy that includes both Direct and Indirect selling. In all of our regions we have dedicated Business Development teams that work with a significant number of partners to further advance our customer base. This Partner ecosystem comprises alot of different types of  alliances across organisations within Channel and distribution streams, the larger Systems Integrators, and Public Cloud providers to name a few. This eco system is a critical part of our business and helps us connect with more customers.  We are building out our capabilities on this team and so are now looking for a Partner Operations Manager to align within the EMEA Channel and Alliance business. The primary function of this role is to coordinate and lead all operational initiatives to support the Channel and Alliances business.  This role will report to the Head of the Global Partner Program and Operations team.. 


  • Provide operational support to the non-managed EMEA partner ecosystem: onboarding, process enablement, alignment to field sales, and overall support to help the partners achieve their goals.
  • Assist EMEA field account managers to efficiently book partner deals by aligning with internal teams such as: Deal desk, Order operations, Finance, and IT.
  • Program management of the global partner quote to cash process: gap analysis, process documentation, sales engagement rules/enablement, and work cross functionally to plan, design, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate within the Partner Program and Operations team to identify and address operational process improvements for scale the efficiency

Desired Experience and Education:

  • 5 - 7 yrs experience, preferably in a Partner/Sales operational role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced start-up environment
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint) and GSuite
  • Has a BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Energetic, willingness to learn, and passionate about operational efficiency
