To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Incentives & Analytics Analyst to join our team! This hire will be a critical member of the Sales Strategy and Operations team who owns our monthly commissions process across Global Field Operations. While this is primarily a sales compensation and analysis focused role, we encourage your due diligence to understand business drivers and rep motivators. You will be the key driver in conversations with all levels of Field Operations staff. And we will look for your insight to support the design of our sales incentives, perform forecasting and reporting of quota attainment, and drive insightful analysis of relevant field performance measures.

What you will be doing:

  • Comp Administration: run the monthly commission process for our sales teams and other commissionable employees. This includes understanding and applying the commission plan consistently, ensuring commissions calculations align with the plan documentation and handling exception requests versus policy. Resolve case inquiries and be a trusted advisor to our sales team
  • Incentive Analytics: own all monthly quota attainment related critical metrics (e.g. quota attainment distribution / histogram, rep productivity, stack ranks, earnings attainment, etc.)
  • Executive Presentations & Rep Performance Reviews: present quarterly attainment and productivity reviews to the Chief Revenue Officer, SVP of WW Sales, and Area Vice Presidents.
  • Incentive Design: serve as the trusted partner for all upstream and downstream business functions, develop recommendations that improve the structure and implementation of compensation plans across all functions within the fields sales.

What you bring along:

  • BS/BA required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Xactly Incent required.
  • 2+ years of work experience in sales compensation administration, sales operations, compensation design, compensation-related analytics, or similar field in SaaS organizations.
  • Power-user proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages, communications, and executive presentations.
  • Very strong attention to detail, executive presence, and engagement skills.
  • Highly collaborative style with the ability to influence and adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
