To support our continued growth, we are eager to identify a Manager to lead global sales compensation administration. Leading a globally distributed team of Compensation Analysts, we will look to you to analyze and deeply understand all pipeline metrics across the entire sales funnel. Your efforts will drive a cohesive, cross-functional, and global strategy to meet our financial objectives. Success will rest heavily upon your analytical skills, attention to detail, efficiency, enthusiasm, and leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead administration of sales compensation including the issuance of sales comp plans, developing processes to ensure accurate and timely payouts, and responding to plan design exception requests from Sales leadership
  • Program manage the compensation planning process: including ensuring final decisions and approvals of potential changes, analysis and reporting of compensation data, and issuance of compensation plans
  • Project manage initiatives to improve plan comprehension, quota and attainment tracking accuracy, systems (Xactly) enhancements, and effectiveness of variable incentives to improve Sales engagement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all comp plans, understanding key compensation plan drivers and being proactive in relating any plan design issues to sales and finance leadership, design and recommend spiffs or other incentives to drive sales of specific products or new sales behaviors, and recommend solutions to any technical challenges related to the administration of sales comp
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of analysts, including career development and mentoring.

What you bring along:

  • Demonstrated experience leading Sales Compensation or Sales Operations in a fast-growing software environment
  • Understanding and experience with sales compensation structures and mechanics (e.g., plan components and weights, pay mix, leverage, quotas, MBOs, crediting, accelerators)
  • Prior ownership and implementation, consistent execution, and accurate measurement of sales incentive programs
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced modeling and SQL skills related to compensation plan design, quota setting, and attainment tracking. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization
  • Experience configuring and administering EIM systems (e.g., Xactly, Callidus) and with a working knowledge of Salesforce as it pertains to sales performance reporting
  • You're a self-starter who embraces rolling up your sleeves and getting work done. You thrive on change and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You're a consensus builder with a passion for building relationships and a high degree of executive presence to communicate and gain alignment on compensation plan and quota recommendations
  • Strong personal code of ethics and integrity
