The Inside Sales Enablement Facilitator is a dedicated performance and productivity partner to Sales Leadership and teams, supported by sales enablement. The person in this role takes the learning blueprint designed by an architect and brings it to life in an in-person classroom experience!

Collaborating with key leaders within the sales team to understand their business requirements while also working cross-functionally to deliver user experiences that meet or exceed those needs to deploy agile sales enablement solutions.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate in-person enablement experiences that provide the role-based skills development and approach needed to close deals.
  • Deliver enablement in service of inside sales by being their "voice" and aligning outcomes to customer and seller success.
  • Support architecture, design, and contribution working sessions to develop and document the end-to-end enablement experience solution for each type of interaction.

Message Enablement - Intended business outcomes include:

  • Targeted Buyer Insight
  • Concrete Differentiation
  • Consumable Content

Role responsibilities include:

  • Be able to articulate the messaging and tools to create new value stories aligned to a common message.
  • Partner with sales teams and leaders so that messaging is simple, value-based, and aligned to specific customer scenarios.

Pipeline Enablement - Intended business outcomes include:

  • Improve Win Rates
  • Shorter Sales Cycles
  • Larger Deals

Role responsibilities include:

  • Use insights from our customers, our sales performance, and the seller’s enablement journey to determine targeted enablement opportunities.
  • Use innovative technologies to capture inputs from sales teams so that we can ensure their voice is heard and solutions are designed for impact.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $103,700 and $142,600, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
