Our Recruiting Coordinators contribute to our overall recruiting success by providing an exceptional level of service and a best in class experience to both candidates and interviewing teams throughout the hiring process. You care deeply about the individuals you interact with, and you are willing to go above and beyond to make interviewing with Elastic an enjoyable and pleasant experience. This while keeping a watchful eye on process efficiency and simplicity.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators across AMER and APJ
  • Focus on Experience for candidates, hiring managers and the TA team
  • Monitor process gaps within our ATS 
  • Vendor Management for tools
  • Conduct and document working sessions with recruiting teams or internal partners to define/improve processes.
  • Manage Recruiting Tools and partner with the Enablement Team on change management
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with Recruiting leadership 
  • Measure and evaluate how Elastic finds, engages, and recruits talent.
  • Ability to help drive our Recruiting Operations Strategy top down
  • You are comfortable and confident creating business process 
  • You help your team and extended delivery teams clear roadblocks related to process, systems and tools
  • You collaborate well with program and project managers, as well as Recruiting teams
  • You are comfortable in a distributed, diverse environment, and are able to work remotely and independently. You prioritize your own tasks and collaborate with others to ensure that work is done in a timely manner, with a sharp eye for quality and scale.
  • You like change, and can adapt to the changing priorities of the business. You see yourself as a life-long learner and proactively develop new skills.

What You Bring Along:

  • 4+ years reporting and analytics experience in recruiting operations, business intelligence, or project management.
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with telling stories with recruiting data
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations, comfortable working in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with recruiting partners across different time zones.
  • Operational mindset
  • Deep understanding of the Recruiting Operations process 
  • You have supported a broad range of Recruiting Teams 
  • You are comfortable establishing a strong rapport with senior management, and capable of aligning to their goals and objectives 
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator and collaborator within your own team and beyond
  • You’ve managed a team before; you are an empathetic, engaged manager
