The Recruiting Enablement Team focuses on enabling our recruiting team, hiring managers and interviewers to find the best talent while providing an amazing candidate experience! Our objective is to empower our distributed recruiting function through training, content management, structured communication plans and enhancing processes or removing barriers through efficient, automated processes and improved system enhancements and integrations.

This role will kickoff and run our training initiatives relating to interviewing, inclusion and improved process adoption. We have a strong focus for hiring well-balanced teams here at Elastic and this training will be key to helping us to remove bias and be thoughtful about both the hard and soft skills that are needed on the team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Establish training strategies, implement action plans, craft and document content
  • Present and deliver training through multiple avenues; written, pre-recorded, and live (Zoom) discussions/demos
  • Assist with the roll-out of company-wide interview training
  • Review and improve learning paths for managers; focusing on evaluating what is needed to maintain a well-balanced team and eliminating bias in hiring
  • Provide organizational change updates for interviewers regarding process updates, actions required and/behavioral changes requested
  • Evaluate candidate experience scores and use findings to help adjust behaviors
  • Build training plans to enable recruiters to move from transactional to strategic and become better talent advisors

What You Bring Along:

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills through coaching, mentoring, and motivating
  • Demonstrable track record of being innovative and capable of leading trainings for a distributed team.
  • Strong project management and execution skills to ensure successful implementation.
  • In depth knowledge of Recruiting standard methodologies
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, training tools such as Docebo
  • High attention to detail and very organized
  • Experience with driving cross-functional projects, owning all planning, execution, and change adoption across TA and other internal partners (e.g. Legal, HRBPs, Recruiting, and Compensation).
  • Positive relationship management skills, especially at the leadership level

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using Greenhouse, Workday, Textio and/or Starred
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate around ambiguities autonomously.
