Elastic is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate Principal Recruiter. This role will imply working on strategic roles across a variety of functions and locations.

You will act as a Strategic Talent Advisor to our Engineering and Product teams. You will be leading and driving the recruitment process for a variety of Senior Engineering and Product roles.

Please note this role can be located anywhere in Europe as long as you're comfortable working from home or a non-affiliated co-working space. We have offices in several cities, but this is not an office based role as our teams are fully distributed, too. If you happen to be near an office and you want to use it, great, you are always welcome, and we will have a desk ready for you! 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage hiring for complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best leadership talent to each role
  • Establish and maintain meaningful and consultative relationships with key stakeholders internally
  • Leverage data to influence change needed to achieve hiring targets
  • Provide an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data- centric updates with internal stakeholders

What You Bring Along:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical leadership recruiting experience ideally, within top-tier tech companies 
  • Proven experience attracting and hiring executive and strategic level talent globally
  • Strong tech and industry knowledge with an ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, external communities
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
  • Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
  • Data-driven mindset
