As the Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA Field Operations,  you will lead and grow a distributed team of EMEA sales recruiters. The EMEA sales recruiters work in close partnership with our EMEA sales leaders to enable the growth of our rapidly growing sales teams ( Inside sales and Enterprise sales )  across multiple EMEA locations. Our EMEA sales recruiters are strategic business partners to our field sales leaders within Elastic and have a direct impact in the continued growth and success of Elastic's EMEA region. 

This is a distributed role and can be based anywhere in EMEA. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Hire, mentor, and professionally develop a team of sales recruiters who are responsible for hiring goals
  • Encourage and lead a team of recruiters to hire exceptional sales talent in a dynamic and rapidly scaling business through consistent mentoring and development
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics to measure success
  • Ability to meet standard measurements of success including annual hiring plans and diversity goals
  • Carry a requisition load to meet business needs
  • Work with EMEA executives and effectively funnel insights to the team, making sure the team has a pulse on the business and adapts quickly to change when necessary
  • Be a strategic partner to each business unit, and the recruiting leadership team collaborating closely to deliver on our global workforce plan
  • Collaborate with peers and the extended team to contribute to the overall recruiting strategy
  • Maintain standardized full-cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure standard methodologies
  • Evaluate recruiting efforts to continually improve the quality and quality of talent brought into the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure familiarity with the recruitment process; share data and progress through quarterly business reviews
  • Create and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of recruitment goals
  • Lead team’s candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and partner with Operations and HR Tech teams for tool needs, requirements and improvements.What You Bring Along:

What You Bring With You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
  • Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle, high quality recruiting process required.
  • Proven track record of experience in IT / Technology or Software industry
  • Strong personal EMEA network within sales / marketing sector 
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and understanding of recruiting metrics
  • Experience in building new processes, programs hiring initiatives that will raise the talent bar
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong positive relationships.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with challenging demands.
  • High EQ and a demonstrated pattern of positively mentoring others around you.
  • Some travel required.

Bonus Points:

  • SaaS Software background 
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Tableau, Handshake or Seekout
  • Strong DE&I experience
