The Global Industry Product Marketing team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Elastic public sector industries. You will work closely with Elastic’s global campaigns, regional marketing, content, sales, and sales architecture teams to deliver messaging, persona profiles, sales enablement, customer collateral, and more.

You are a strong marketer and writer who can collaborate with marketing teams, sales teams, engineering teams, and external vendors. You are able to communicate product features and functions in terms of customer value and use cases, as well as succinctly and compellingly convey technical information to business leaders and practitioners in language that resonates with them.

What You Will Be Doing:

Public Sector Go-To-Market Execution

  • Develop, organize, and publish timely, succinct, and compelling sales enablement materials
  • Work with Public Sector Content Strategist to produce customer-focused assets for global campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Solutions teams to include public sector in product launches, solution strategies, enablement, and asset creation – and adapt messaging and assets where necessary
  • Update, adapt, and build upon global public sector messaging, and conducting message testing
  • Coordinate public sector-specific product launches / compliance certification launches
  • Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence team to produce strategic resources and internal enablement

Market Knowledge and Product Expertise

  • Establish relationships with internal subject matter experts to collaborate on webinars, content, blogs, and more
  • Regularly communicate product news and marketing updates with internal teams (such as new assets, upcoming launches, events, etc)
  • Serve as an internal authority on priority public sector markets globally, and how Elastic solutions meet market needs
  • Provide strategy and guidance for regional marketing teams as they plan webinars, events, etc.
  • Review / approve content and assets for accuracy and relevancy
  • Stay up to date with public sector trends, news, legislation, and other relevant events
  • Develop thought leadership via blogs, webinars, and events

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Business, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability in product marketing, demand generation, or content marketing within a B2B tech environment
  • Experience marketing to government, education, and/or healthcare industries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing personas, messaging, and conducting research
  • Comfort collaborating with diverse teams of marketing, sales, and engineering professionals around the globe
  • Experience in project management, with a proven record of successfully leading multiple projects and streams of work
  • Creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and respond quickly to the changing IT landscape

  • Speaking multiple languages
