We are looking for a highly motivated global leader to oversee the dynamic and international OEM/MSP Business Development team at Elastic. If you have strong global management experience coupled with a track record of success building OEM/MSP businesses, we'd love to speak with you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of OEM/MSP Business Development Managers and Directors dispersed across the world
  • Work with the team to identify, recruit and enable OEM and MSP partners
  • Negotiate, structure, and close OEM and MSP business and legal contracts
  • Develop joint GTM plans to help drive OEM and MSP sales
  • Take ownership of OEM and MSP bookings financial results on both a new OEM and sell-through basis

What You Bring Along:

  • Energetic, intelligent, self-directed, and passionate business development professional with experience leading $100M + OEM/MSP businesses
  • Experience negotiating complex legal agreements and structuring complex business deals while working across functions to drive results and grow the business
  • Understanding of search, observability, or security domain
  • Empathy and a desire to grow individuals in their careers
  • A willingness to travel globally (post-COVID)
