What You Will Be Doing:

The Global Alliances Marketing team manages Elastic’s top revenue-generating partners, including AWS, Google, Microsoft and Accenture. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join us as a Senior Coordinator to work on a range of activities and projects that support our marketing function. If you are well-organized and have an interest to work across many teams, countries, programs and content, this fast-paced role will provide an opportunity to learn and work cross-functionally while contributing to the success of the business. This role is integral to support all aspects of marketing for Elastic’s global alliances team, including:
Partner program go-to-market support: create partner program Splash pages, track leads from campaigns, support ElasticON sponsorships and event execution, help on customer win stories, co-create and send our bi-monthly partner newsletter, work with vendors and product marketing to oversee content creation, work with our social media team to promote partner news.  

Project management: includes a range of special projects from organizing the annual partner awards to managing web updates on the partner pages.
Budgeting: open purchase orders, manage vendors, work with finance to track MDF spend and submissions for reimbursement to our partners. 

Team support: co-create presentations showcasing results, set up regional meetings, update our team Wiki pages, work with Field Marketing on supplying content for their regional communications.

  • Flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
