In this role, you’ll support the operational execution of marketing programs by managing daily workflows, assisting with project coordination, and driving quality control across our lead management and data ecosystems. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a variety of marketing technologies while contributing to critical initiatives that drive pipeline, improve data integrity, and enhance customer engagement. From auditing web forms to detailing automation logic and supporting early warning systems, your work will help ensure our marketing infrastructure runs smoothly and scales effectively. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support execution of operational marketing workflows such as data normalization, lead scoring testing, and form updates across Marketo and related platforms.
  • Monitor and triage shared inboxes and inbound request channels to ensure leads are followed up with effectively.
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of process workflows, program templates, field mappings, and intake procedures.
  • Help conduct quality assurance checks for form functionality, field population, and lead data accuracy.
  • Execute manual and semi-automated tasks such as global form updates, chat workflows, and lead audit cleanups.
  • Support paid media integration requests and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Complete and maintain daily checklists to monitor automated lead processing systems like the Early Warning System (EWS), and share summaries in Slack for visibility.
  • Assist in optimizing and documenting the EWS by supporting visual dashboards, a centralized change log, and technical architecture documentation.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing operations, marketing programs, or marketing coordinator role.
  • Interest in marketing automation tools and how marketing technology connects across the buyer journey.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data and project plans.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy being the go-to support person and problem-solver.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software and integrations (Marketo preferred)
  • A growth mindset—you’re curious, quick to learn, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
