In this role, you will craft brand strategy and develop core positioning and messaging with the objective of creating beautiful and intuitive brand programs, campaigns, and stories. You will work cross-functionally and partner with creative teams and agencies to bring our brand messaging to life across the customer life-cycle while executing on our core awareness, engagement, and business goals.

You will lead strategic brand programs, build a team of brand leaders, and present insights and recommendations to advance our core
mission and goals. Your team will also drive cross-functional efficiency through creating standardized processes and tracking
projects/workflows from initiation to completion.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven ability in brand, integrated marketing, and business building roles.
  • Experience in strategy, brand reputation building, integrated marketing practices, and project management.
  • Experience translating strategy into insights and action.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing strategic campaigns, reviewing creative, directing agency partners, developing toolkits, and implementing
    brand marketing tactics.
  • Experience translating breakthrough brand strategies to brand portfolio strategies, brand architectures, and brand systems.
  • Understanding of brand architecture, brand development, brand management, insights development, and marketing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to convey strategy, manage objections, and work with a variety of teams.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset and creative approach, familiar communicating about technical products and topics.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $149,300 and $205,300, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
