In this role, you will be focused on the strategy, design, execution, and operations of Elastic’s lead management processes and marketing automation solutions. We’re looking for someone that’s technically curious, unafraid to challenge themselves, and has a keen interest in understanding our business and the customer’s journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales partners and technical teams to gather detailed business requirements and deliver automated, scalable solutions to optimize lead management processes.
  • Closely supervise and analyze key lead management metrics to drive operational efficiencies, ensure process reliability and performance, and make recommendations on areas for optimization and alignment.
  • Conduct requirements interviews to uncover underlying problems and prepare detailed recommendations for lead management process and system improvements.
  • Help develop and manage the data management strategy for marketing, including data enrichment via third-party tools, normalization, and overall hygiene of the database to improve the lead flow process and other marketing processes.
  • Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring, lead routing, and lifecycle processes between Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows.

What you bring along:

  • 3+ years of proven experience, ideal candidate will have Marketing and/or Sales Operations experience.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation software (Marketo preferred).
  • Salesforce experience (Salesforce admin preferred).
  • Proven technical knowledge of marketing technology, demand generation, and lead management processes.
  • Proven experience implementing sophisticated technical projects.
  • Commitment to rigor and execution and a desire hold yourself accountable for deliverables.
  • Strong  interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience.
  • Data-driven decision-making using data available or defining new processes to capture data needed to drive logical decisions.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $89,000 and $122,400, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
