Response Ops for the Elastic Stack allows users to better understand the behavior of their data and act upon it. We have developed a wide range of customisable rules that can plow through large amounts of data, and automatically alert users when specific conditions are detected. Leveraging our high throughput ingestion, querying, and machine learning offerings, we allow users to detect, and alert on, security-related events and operational metrics, create cases to investigate those issues, and take actions to resolve them.
As the engineering manager of the ResponseOps team, you’ll work with a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to grow our alerting and incident management platform and empower customers to achieve great things. You’ll be responsible for leading the engineering team in achieving a high level of sustainable technical excellence, and partner closely with other cross-functional teams to maintain a high-quality and consistent alerting experience across Elastic's products. In short, your role is to ensure Elastic's alerting offering becomes more and more impactful for customers.
