Observability - Principal Product Manager I Integrations platform

At Elastic, we see endless possibility in a world of endless data. And we use the power of search to help people and organizations turn that possibility into results. Elastic is the leading platform for search-powered solutions. With solutions in Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security, we help improve customer and employee search experiences, keep critical applications running smoothly, and protect against cyber threats. Elastic enables organizations worldwide to use the power of Elastic, including Netflix, Uber, BBC, Microsoft, and thousands of others.

Elastic was built on a foundation of being free and open, which trickles down to how we work. We’re a distributed organization and have been from the beginning. Being distributed isn’t just a way of doing business—it’s a mentality that is at the core of our culture.

The data collection team at Elastic is responsible for building tools to collect and ingest data easily, efficiently, and quickly. To enable this outcome, we have built an Elastic agent, Fleet, and Integrations platform. Learn more about them on our website here or best if you want to test the data ingestion user experience yourself on Elastic Cloud.

The Integrations platform team develops tools and user experiences for integration users and integration developers to make the process of 3rd party software data ingestion and management fast and easy. These tools are developed with two key success metrics in mind - first, time required for an integration developer to create and maintain integration with Elastic and second, time required for an integration user to use integration to ingest and manage data in Elastic. Specifically, the two personas are: the internal, external integration development teams and integrations end users. And as a product leader, you will be responsible for improving the adoption and engagement of our data ingestion stack across all of Elastic’s users.
