What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop a business intelligence processes for the organization
  • Prepare architecture for reports, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
  • Lead design and implementation of data and insights initiatives
  • Design the data warehouses/data marts entities models, to support the reporting needs.
  • Manage and customize all ETL processes as per business requirements
  • Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancements
  • Work with functional and business partners to collect, analyze and understand reporting and insights needs; translate into technical data and analytics requirements
  • Collaborate with Business users to understand data challenges and develop logical, flexible and scalable solutions to address them
  • Understand and create end to end data flows and process maps
  • Design and craft self-service reporting and visualization capabilities
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, validation/audits, and governance for data domains

What You Bring Along:

  • 7+ years relevant work experience: SQL, designing a data warehouse & semantic layers, conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making structured and unstructured, joining large and complex data sets
  • 4+ years experience leading BI projects using Tableau: architecture, design and implementation
  • Proven track record to be agile, proactive and comfortable working in ambiguity; think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems
  • “Bilingual” having a strong foundational understanding of both the functional (business) needs and the analytics/technology
  • Ability to lead various data initiatives, with a “customer-focused” mentality
  • Ability to think creatively coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic and get-it-done mentality
  • Strong teammate, adept at operating across different functions/teams and levels in the organization
  • Experience with Kibana is a plus

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $113,200 and $155,700, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
