We are seeking an innovative, thoughtful and accomplished business technology leader to manage a dynamic team that architects and provides solutions for Elastic’s global customer-facing and GTM functions.

Our ideal candidate has a solid track record of delivering complex projects, building effective business partnerships and leading business processes and IT transformation initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide leadership to an international team of business engagement managers, systems analysts, administrators, and engineers responsible for overall delivery of world-class CRM applications and GTM solutions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate the planning and road-mapping process, provide oversight of solutions delivery, resolve escalated issues, and facilitate communication on any critical issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders on how systems capabilities can solve their business problems, work to translate business needs into technology solutions and push for business clarity of strategy where needed.
  • Build a high performing team with a strong focus on business value through coaching, fostering accountability, innovation and teamwork, while effectively delegating work for successful achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging and new technologies. Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to derive and drive value from existing and new system technology investments.
  • Own and manage applications budget and prioritization with business leaders to ensure investments are aligned with business requirements and consistently manage to ensure within plan.

What You Bring Along:

  • 15+ years managing and delivering CRM applications, 10+ years of direct management experience within a high-tech industry.
  • Proven and current experience managing an expansive CRM application portfolio; (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Renewals, Revenue Contracts, etc.) and FinancialForce required.
  • Visible leadership skills and executive presence; demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision and influence across the organization
  • Outstanding ability collaborating with business stakeholder teams to align on cross-functional processes and deliver large scale business and IT transformation initiatives
  • Adept at inspiring behavior change through motivating teams, planning initiatives, designating priorities, and being decisive when faced with ambiguity
  • Lightning transition/business enablement and CPQ optimization experience.
  • Experience building, leading and managing a global, distributed team with an international presence.
