Enterprise Platform Administrator - ElastiGrad

Elastic is expanding its Finance Technology team with a new graduate program we’ve titled “Elastigrad” to support the explosive adoption of our offerings! Companies like Netflix, Lyft, Facebook, The New York Times, and NASA are looking to Elastic to help solve their big data problems.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Tending to the everyday requests and questions from Elasticians on NetSuite and additional systems
• Administrative tasks on NetSuite, including but not limited to company settings, employee access management, form edits, Saved Search support, Financial Reporting Support, and workflows
• 3rd party bundle management and coordination of testing associated with bundle upgrades
• Working closely with Sr. Admins to identify risk areas and opportunities for system enhancements
• Participating in our agile development process with our team of NetSuite developers to design, test, and implement new features on NetSuite
• Supporting all Finance Systems including Concur (expense management), Avalara (tax management), RevPro (revenue recognition), and Stripe (payment processing) plus involvement in standard SOX control management

What You Bring Along:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (MIS) or a similar field preferred
• Think in terms of simplicity and scalability when managing enterprise platforms
• Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into action
• A self starter mentality with a thirst for learning

Bonus Points:

• Being awesome
• NetSuite certification(s)
• Working knowledge of General computer controls around Logical Access and Change management for publicly traded companies
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/CRM systems

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $78,700 and $108,200, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
