To support our continued growth, we are hiring a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to work with our EMEA Sales/Field Operations.
As an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in navigating ambiguity, and adapting quickly to a changing environment. Proficient in coaching leaders, anticipating challenges, diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and leading programs that have a direct impact on the success of the organization. Need to be able to balance critical thinking regarding long-term business priorities along with day-to-day needs. Being a change agent is part of your leadership toolkit.
Working closely with the other Senior HRBPs and Functional Leaders, to address business challenges through people solutions. Collaborate across functions and geographies while thinking differently about how we approach work and teams. You will work through our Centers of Excellence to influence and provide solutions for HR-related activities, including employee relations, compensation management, organizational planning, and employee engagement.
