Elastic is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive to expand our sales team in Switzerland. This person will not have a specific vertical responsibility but will focus on the Swiss/German region of Switzerland. Our Enterprise Account Executives are individual contributors, focused on building new & installed businesses and growing the Elastic footprint within large enterprise accounts, and ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging Elastic cloud solutions across their organization. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within the Swiss/German region of Switzerland
  • Uncovering new use cases within Cyber Security, AIops and Search within your territory 
  • Working closely with customers to identify business opportunities based on Elastic solutions and build clear and concise business and investment cases 
  • Traveling to on-site meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Building and executing a robust business plan for your territory to achieve significant Elastic reach and growth within your accounts

What You Bring With You:

  • A strong and positive customer-first mindset with a consultative and outcome-based approach
  • A track record of +7 years of success in selling complex SaaS and Services/Consulting solutions to large companies, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong and relevant customer references 
  • Strong and solid prospecting and pipeline development skills
  • Resilient personality with the will to succeed 
  • Strong knowledge of leading and orchestrating enterprise accounts
  • The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives 
  • An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day
  • Fluent German & English speaker and living in the Swiss/German part of Switzerland
