We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Success Manager to join our World Wide Partner organization for the EMEA-Nordics countries. You will be responsible for creating a Channel & Alliances Strategy and supporting Elastic’s efforts to build an elite ecosystem of partners who are highly strategic to the company’s long-term goals. 
You will:
  • Manage the EMEA Nordics Alliances eco-system 
  • Create and recreate a strong Channel and Alliances Strategy for the EMEA Nordic countries. Responsible for building out our partner ecosystem that drives consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and channel enablement 
  • Create and drive a cloud partner strategy to promote Elastic's own cloud services as well as the cloud services of our MSP and CSP partners
  • Lead and drive our approach on partner programs, partner enablement, metrics, team enablement, strategy, and planning
  • Work closely with the regional sales AVP & RVP and cross functional groups to align on territory based partner strategy, resources, and execution
  • senior leadership and stakeholder management Internally but also externally 
  • Experience building from scratch and managing an Channel and Alliances organisation in a growth company
  • Proven track record and experience specifically for the Nordic alliances & Channel eco system including MSP & CSP Partners
  • Ability to range from executive relationship building, contract negotiations, internal team building, channel program design, detailed metrics and analysis, and partner enablement
  • Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time, including international travel
  • Understanding of analytics, search, or big data markets / products or ability to learn quickly
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 7+ years of experience 
  • Located in The Netherlands
  • Fluent in English and native/fluent Swedish or Danish speaker
