We’re looking for a hardworking, energetic Account Executive to join our exponentially growing EMEA Mid-Market team! You will be responsible for both new business (logos) acquisition as well as driving additional consumption across your existing customer base. The Account Executive will work with their prospects and customers to uncover business opportunities and build solutions alongside the Solution Architects and other internal stakeholders that best serve Elastic’s customers. The opportunity is huge as you will be looking after a territory targeting 1-500 employee companies with no cap on the revenue. The Account Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting, securing first meeting, demo, negotiation, and through to contract sign-off. This Mid Market role offers a great career path opportunity into more senior field sales teams within our organisation. 

What you will be doing:

  • Meet and exceed activity targets and sales target 
  • Clearly identify and prospect into target accounts
  • Implement MEDDPICC methodology for deal qualification 
  • Assist prospects to progress through the end to end sales cycle 
  • Engage multiple internal and external senior stakeholders 
  • Learn how Elastic solves customer problems and be able to tailor the solution to different types of customers and use cases
  • Forecast accurately using our Salesforce CRM 

What you bring along:

You will have experience in leading full sales cycles, navigating organizations to build engagements with multiple partners. You are a positive individual who sees challenges as opportunities and has the ability to empower and lead by example. We are looking for goal-oriented candidates who understand how to build a plan for business development across a territory. The AE acts as the primary contact for prospects maintaining the relationship from the Elastic side.

  • 2+ years of direct selling, managing end-to-end sales cycle (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer) and promotions within the same organization
  • Experience in thorough pipeline generation from scratch with limited help from an inside Market Development Team
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious teammate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using 
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with database, SaaS, and open source technology a plus
  • Hebrew speaking language is a bonus
