We are looking for a Renewals Manager (Individual contributing role) who is driven, curious, intelligent and deeply passionate about their craft. You are someone who will remove barriers to customer retention and collaborate with the broader customer success team and sales team. to deliver a high value customer experience at time of renewal. This is a demanding role that requires priority management, cross-functional collaboration and strong interpersonal skills. Elastic is scaling and scaling fast. With our client base growing so rapidly, we are fast establishing a dedicated Elastic Renewals team for EMEA.

As a new member of a fast-growing team, You will play a key role in developing effective renewals best practices with the aim of best serving, and so retaining, our customers. This job will have a focus on EMEA - CEE & EE. 

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Working on key renewals projects as we establish a best-in-class Global Renewals team.
  • Most importantly for this role is to engage with Elastic's clients in your assigned region.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with multiple departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Legal and Cloud teams.
  • Providing a seamless customer journey,
  • Help improving the way we do business as Elastic is truly listening to their employees and their ideas. 
What You Bring Along:
  • 3+ yrs within a renewals team within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Working experience in responsible region, Central Europe & East. 
  • you should be driven, curious, and proud of what you do and your craft
  • Proven Commercial feeling, having the ability to implement a broad approach, uncovering issues, removing roadblocks and adopting a general Account Management approach.
  • Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting
  • Strong contract acumen and ability to negotiate on License agreements
  • Strong Account Management and customer engagement skills
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, distributed environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
