We are looking for an Education System Administrator to join our Education team!  This is a great opportunity to join the team as the SME subject matter expert in all education software!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate customer training environment. You have an keen understanding of both front and backend LMS, credentialing systems,  compliance development tools, system maintenance upgrades and integrations tooling!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Complete administration tasks on various education systems including LMS, virtual environment, and accreditation system.
  • Monitor and schedule system upgrades, API enhancements, and integration releases.
  • Configure and test 3rd party software and content for system integrations. Work with internal teams to coordinate and maintain system updates for audit and security.
  • Own user system permission schemes, documentation and audits.
  • Research, install, and maintain vendor tools (LTIs).
  • Set up and configure new system features and functionality as needed.
  • Complete daily and semi-regular data updates.
  • Routinely review large data sets for process updates
  • Review and consolidate client source data from multiple systems
  • Support internal teams and end users with technical inquiries, issues, and triage
  • Monitor support ticket systems for all customer users and assist the team as needed
  • Analyze support case data to identify and prioritize root problems
  • Work directly with some users to resolve technical issues
  • Oversee documentation and change management that affect Education Operations tasks and responsibilities.
  • Accountable for system improvements related to content management, workflow processes, and user adoption. Develop ideas for automation of processes to reduce manual tasks.
  • Own and maintain working relationships with multiple internal team members and vendors and serve as liaison to outside vendors as domain experts.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $94,400 and $129,800, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
