Elastic is seeking a Sr. Manager of Demand Generation Events Strategy to own the demand generation events strategy globally. This is a new role and outstanding chance to create a visible impact in an exciting, fast-growing business. In this role, you will drive the events strategy demand generation planning process, aligning with partner groups on the events calendar, approaches to drive attendance and meet event goals.

What you will do:

  • Define demand generation events strategy including building an investment model with triggers for event activities and prioritization of resources to reach target audiences
  • Build ambitious event strategy and define goals
  • Think big to deliver new insights and creative approaches to drive audience-specific demand for events
  • Build processes for repeatability and scalability of events activities related to demand generation
  • Align event activities with business priorities and across partner groups
  • Quantify business results of all activities with data-driven analysis and reporting
  • Develop a center of excellence for event demand generation strategy standard methodologies for virtual and live event execution, and facilitate replication of best practices across all regions

What you will bring:

    • Proven events marketing experience in a technology environment
    • Demonstrated ability leading large-scale events and/or digital marketing related to large-scale events
    • A career path that demonstrates growing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable results
    • Proven track record to build strong collaborative partnerships with partners and virtual teams.
    • Superior oral and written communication skills with an executive level audience and an innate attention to detail.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or a relevant field of study.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $124,400 and $171,100, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
