Elastic is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for the day-to-day management of multi-channel partner marketing campaigns on the Demand Generation team. This role will own, complete, and optimize digital programs to support the partner marketing team in their cloud partners’ growth goals.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be an immediate contributor and help drive growth and success across existing social media (paid & organic), website optimization, and email channel, as well as identify new growth channels. The opportunity is to significantly grow Elastic’s digital share-of-voice through, and with, our strategic partnerships to help the business reach global pipeline and SaaS business growth goals. What you will be doing / Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing groundbreaking multi-channel digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Digital project management across channels - working closely with channel teams and partner marketing to find the right content, implement, and build within platforms while managing collaborators/timelines to launch.
  • Working cross-functionally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization to set expectations
  • Providing ongoing practical channel insights into campaign performance to relevant team members
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media and digital channel important metrics
  • Building out media buys and digital campaigns for various platforms and day-to-day execution of the multi-channel strategy
  • Supervising and managing the budget for digital campaigns while aligning to goals
  • Manage lead hand-offs from vendors or events and connect to appropriate database nurture flows
  • With support from the Partner marketing and Design teams, aid in the creation of campaign copy, images/design, content, strategize which platforms to promote
  • Conducting in-depth audience targeting research
  • Define workflows, regular reporting mechanisms, and operational standards/SLAs
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry standard methodologies and new technologies 

What You Bring Along / Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2-3 years experience with hands-on execution, build, and management of digital marketing campaigns. Successful track record required.
  • B2B marketing experience desired. SaaS experience is a big plus.
  • Experience launching and optimizing campaigns on email/automation platforms, and paid social platforms, like LinkedIn and Facebook (bonus if experience with Quora and Reddit)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, digital channel platforms, and other technology tools (Marketo, Sprinklr, etc)
  • Comfortable building or facilitating reporting in enterprise-level tools such as Tableau, Funnel, SFDC and other
  • Have an understanding of basic design principles with the ability to drive a high standard for image/ad creation
  • Ability to define strategic vision through data analysis, insights, and prioritization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable crafting presentations and sharing findings and leading discussions with partners about performance of your campaigns
  • Solid understanding of common marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce reports, you understand fields, report types, and how to build dashboards

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $86,400 and $118,800, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
