Elastic is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for leading multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting the EMEA regional team. This role will work closely with the EMEA marketing leaders to own, implement, and optimize digital programs to support local initiatives and global campaigns that land within the region.

The Digital Marketing specialist will be an immediate contributor and help drive growth and success. You will manage social media (paid & organic), leverage our database, provide insights for optimizations for SEO and our website, as well as identify new growth channels. The opportunity is to significantly grow Elastic’s digital share-of-voice through, and to help the business reach EMEA pipeline targets. What you will be doing / Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and optimizing ground-breaking multi-channel digital campaigns from conception to launch and the daily execution based on the latest standard processes
  • Working together with the regional marketing, campaign, and channel teams to develop innovative integrated digital campaigns with the right channel-mix strategy
  • Defining, measuring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performance and providing practical insights to the team
  • Working cross-functionally to align campaign strategies and goals
  • Building high-performance media buy strategies with regional media partners
  • Identify optimization opportunities in our evergreen nurture campaigns and handle lead hand-offs from vendors and connect to appropriate database nurture flows
  • Owning the paid media budget for digital campaigns while tracking to goals
  • With support from the Regional, Global Campaigns and Design teams, aid in the creation of copy, creative, and content, and strategize which platforms to promote
  • Conducting in-depth audience targeting and channel research

What You Bring Along / Qualifications: 

  • At least 2-3 years experience with hands-on execution, build, and management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for the EMEA region. 
  • B2B marketing experience desired. SaaS experience is a big plus.
  • Experience launching and optimizing campaigns on paid social platforms, like LinkedIn and Facebook (bonus if experience with Quora and Reddit), on email/automation platforms, and with media publications. 
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-level marketing technology tools (Marketo, Sprinklr, SFDC, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Ability to define strategic vision through data analysis, insights, and prioritization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Have vendor and invoice management experience
