Elastic is looking for a Regional Demand Generation Program Manager to align closely with the AMER regional marketing organization and sales development rep (SDR) team. This person will be responsible for driving lead conversion with the SDR team, providing digital demand generation support for regional marketing activities and initiative. This position will a liaison between the digital demand gen team and regional marketing team and drive pipeline, increases customer and prospect engagement through account based marketing programs, and supports creating opportunities. This position is multi-faceted, collaborative and fast paced. It requires an individual that enjoys aligning with the entire sales organization along with Sales Leadership and executing in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the power of Digital Marketing, and the opportunity to accelerate the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture high-trust relationships with regional marketing leadership and SDR team in developing and implementing pipeline-generating programs
  • Guide marketing initiatives, in collaboration with digital marketing, and strategically leverage programs and content to develop sales plays and account and solution based prospecting program. 
  • Work as a bridge between Digital demand gen team and regional marketing teams including the SDRs. Focus on lead conversion and opportunity creation metric and goals
  • Provide digital marketing support for regional account based marketing
  • Ensure that regional and digital demand gen marketing output is aligned and echoes the overall marketing vision, campaign and program specific goals and targets.
  • Closely working with the SDR team around all marketing programs for lead conversion and to garner feedback and closed loop reporting

Required

  • 5+ years of digital or regional marketing experience
  • Track record in demand gen, with proven accountability for driving leads and pipeline, measuring and optimizing effectively
  • Hands on experience in developing sales plays and prospecting campaigns. 
  • Success in leveraging Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing teams.
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management
