Our product offers are growing extremely fast and so is our Marketing Automation and Decision Science team. This key role will be significantly involved in global marketing campaigns to create and accelerate revenue-driving activities. 

We’re looking for someone that’s technically curious, organised thoroughly and has attention to detail. Moreover, we are looking for candidates that are interested in understanding our business and working in international teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support our internal stakeholders by handling our daily marketing automation activities
  • Transform content assets into digital marketing campaigns
  • Handle our daily marketing automation activities and work with our Task Management Tool to track progress of operational requests coming from the team
  • Implement and develop Marketo campaigns that support each business line’s demand generation strategy and ensure proper lead flow
  • Supervise and work hands on the email creation process to finalizing the send out
  • Create training materials and train stakeholders on our processes
  • Know the ins and outs of our Marketing Stack to support the marketing team with technical questions about the tools we use in Marketing

What You Will Bring:

  • Min. 6 months to a year of Salesforce and Marketo experience.
  • Understand and have experience in creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Detail oriented and organised to manage the many requests we get from the team and set priorities
  • Good Time management and prioritization skills
  • Curiosity to dig into new tools and not afraid of (self-)learning new technologies
  • Being a People person. Empathic. Have to like working with internal stakeholders who may be demanding
  • Being the go to person for questions from our marketing team
  • Internal customer centric, advocate the marketing ops function for different stakeholders
  • Experience in training non-technical target groups
  • University degree in business, marketing, analytics or technology is required. 
  • Flexibility to work 2 days per week to support our APAC hours

Bonus Points:

    • Understanding of the Web and Web technology (HTML, basic CSS)
