The Webinar Strategist plays a crucial role in driving demand through integrated marketing programs. This position involves using webinars to drive demand generation, provide air engagement, conversion rates, and provide air cover for regional marketing activities. The ideal candidate excels in collaborating with partners, understanding customers' needs, project management, reviewing copy and suggesting optimizations, analyzing data, and staying updated with industry trends to continually refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the authority in webinar execution strategy - Lead all aspects of the development, implementation, and optimization of the webinar program aligned with business objectives and customer journeys along with Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing.
  • Collaborate with collaborators to develop targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Lead a global webinar calendar and recommend prioritization processes.
  • Coordinate with Regional Marketing to operationalize smooth hand-offs of leads from Global to Regional teams, and ensure Global air cover for priority topics and themes.
  • Set strategy, in collaboration with Regional Marketing, for webinar localization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align webinar efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise webinar performance metrics, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure technology supports innovative webinar experiences.
  • Develop standard process playbooks blueprints for webinars.
  • Develop standard process playbook for webinar promotional strategy in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Approve copy and creative, implement A/B testing.
  • Own webinar vendor platform relationship.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.


  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in various marketing areas like paid media, campaigns, product marketing and customer references.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and project management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze webinar metrics and identify trends quickly.
  • Adaptive mentality with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with various collaborators simultaneously.
