We are looking for a hard-working HR and Benefits professional with international benefits experience in the APJ region to join our Global Benefits & Well-being team as the Senior Benefits Analyst. Our ideal candidate has some experience with benefit plans design and administration, but more importantly, a growth mindset when it comes to delivering what organisations need to be successful from a benefits perspective. Reporting to the Director, Benefits & Well-being, you will have the support to develop your benefits plans expertise while enjoying taking on the delivery of some of our program elements as the owner. You’ll work closely with the members of the Benefits team and other HR partners to deliver an extraordinary benefits experience to Elasticians.
