In this role, you will wake up each morning eager to build, drive, plan, and implement outstanding marketing programs, targeting prospects and existing customers, as well as contribute to the success of the U.S. Regional Marketing pipeline goals. To build programs that identify and engage with users of Elasticsearch and the ELK Stack, this role will involve daily interaction with the field sales team, requiring an understanding of the buying behavior in the U.S. Eastern Region and how it maps into the open source model and the Elastic go-to-market. You'll be collaborating with teams across multiple different departments and do all of this while hosting and running your programs to precision.
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead a team, covering predominantly the Eastern United States and work closely with the Sales & Go-To-Market team to define their strategy. However, this role also involves close collaboration with many members of the marketing organization to deliver high quality campaigns with measurable metrics required to accelerate continued growth for Elastic. Programs include virtual and live campaigns, partner related activities, third party (regional) conferences, customer (account) specific programs and much more.
This role requires a combination of critical thinking, strong planning, organizational, and execution skills to successfully plan, develop, implement and measure field marketing activities to deliver marketing contribution to the sales and partner pipeline.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $128,100 and $176,200, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
