Elastic is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to create and implement focused regional marketing programs to meet demand generation goals.. Programs typically include virtual and live campaigns, third party partner conferences, enablement, account specific and executive experiences. This role requires a combination of attention to detail and organizational skills to successfully plan, develop, finalize and measure activities that create and influence revenue.  This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the Eastern United States.

What You Will Do:
  • Create and complete targeted programs to hit demand gen goals, including but not limited to field events, account based marketing, executive programs and trade-shows
  • Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts
  • Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities
  • Help measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles; contribute updates to weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success
  • Coordinate logistics, speakers, agendas, and staff for Elastic events, and manage budget
  • Ability to understand key technology trends to coordinate presentation content with other program key collaborators and ability to collaborate across all departments to generate event content and agendas
  • Help supervise, report and communicate on the status of regional marketing events to marketing and sales leadership
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings in order to learn and understand sales goals and priorities
  • Work with the Customer Experience team to engage with local users and customers, manage relationships and capture the most relevant stories to build a strong reference base and drive awareness of the Elastic product stack
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team
  • Help plan Elastic’s participation in external industry events where the events team needs support and feedback
  • Creative and able to think of new programs that can scale to many users
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in field marketing, event management or related administrative experience.
  • You have a ‘let's-do-this’ demeanor and are excited to drive projects to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Highly organized and an eye for detail. Things move quickly here but there are always notes, spreadsheets, and lists
  • Great teammate with ability to work independently and autonomously             
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a tech company 
  • Strong organization skills.           
  • Travel to programs as needed approximately 25% of the time

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $72,000 and $99,000, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
