  • This role is for an experienced technical marketer who is passionate about assisting with the development, implementation, and management of end-to-end processes that drive pipeline and opportunity creation. This role will work to deliver and maintain a scalable, agile, and measurable framework that will ensure the effective execution of integrated campaigns across the regions globally. Accountable for ensuring defined processes and procedures meet the needs of a rapidly growing enterprise software organization.

    Reporting to the Sr. Director, Programs and Operations, Regional Marketing, the right candidate will have a blend of experience with sales, marketing, and technology – with a particular focus on how to use technology and data to drive desired results.

    This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Regional Marketers, SDR Leadership, Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Sales Enablement. The position requires a highly curious person with a passion for technology and operational rigor, who is a self-enabler with an entrepreneurial spirit, and who can thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.


    • Drives the development and maintenance of processes and programs that support global regional marketers.
    • Collaborates closely with cross-functional marketing teams in the development and execution of the processes, procedures, and deliverables required to implement world-class campaigns and programs that directly influence pipeline and opportunity creation
    • Routinely reports out the results of current efforts to leadership and collaborators.
    • Build and maintain self-service reports and calendars to keep key collaborators up to date on plans, deliverables, and schedules
    • Serves as the team authority in regional tools and technologies – sales engagement platform, conversational marketing, gifting platforms, reporting/analytics
    • Evaluate and develop standard methodologies to accelerate the pace of testing new insights and enabling others once operationalized
    • Measure and optimize based on critical metrics such as sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Experienced ability to develop and lead operational programs to support Regional Marketing goals and initiatives.
    • Highly collaborative - ability to manage distributed, cross-functional programs/projects.
    • Development of requirements definitions, schedules, process design, implementation, testing, and ongoing program execution.
    • Uses advanced prioritization skills to ensure delivery of the most impactful deliverables first
    • Sophisticated writing skills focused on driving business messages across a wide range of personas along the entire customer journey.
    • Data and reporting savvy, capable of pulling meaningful insights to drive program and process improvements.
    • Routine engagement with regional marketers and other regional resources to provide functional expertise regarding process, tools, data, content.
    • Uses long-term business objectives and strategy to prioritize projects and deliverables.

    • Effectiveness measured through sourced and influenced pipeline
    • Conversion of pipeline to opportunity


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
    • Strong accountability and project management skills
    • Significant knowledge and experience in the enterprise software/Search market
    • Proven track record delivering and/or implementing programs that drive significant growth and revenue in a high-growth, SaaS business
    • Familiarity and experience with industry-standard martech and analytics platforms
