In this role, you will wake up each morning eager to strategize, build, drive, plan, and implement extraordinary marketing programs, targeting prospects and existing customers, as well as contribute to the success of the Latin American Regional Marketing pipeline goals. To build programs that identify and engage with users of Elasticsearch and the ELK Stack, this role will involve daily interaction with the field sales team, requiring an understanding of the buying behavior, how it maps into the open source model and the Elastic go-to-market. You'll be collaborating with teams across multiple different departments and do all of this while managing and running your programs to precision.
The Senior Manager of Regional Marketing will lead a team, covering all of Central & South America, working closely to define the strategy with the Sales & Go To Market teams. This role also involves close collaboration with many members of the marketing organization to deliver high quality campaigns with measurable metrics required to accelerate continued growth for Elastic. Programs include virtual and live campaigns, partner related activities, third party (regional) conferences, customer (account) specific programs and much more.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong planning, organizational, and execution skills to successfully plan, develop, execute and measure field marketing activities to deliver marketing contribution to the sales and partner pipeline.
This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Americas Regional Marketing.
