As an Enterprise Account Executive at Elastic, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, expanding our reach into Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ignite Curiosity and Drive Demand: Be the driving force behind building awareness and sparking demand for Elastic solutions within new Enterprise accounts. Empower users and customers to unlock the true value hidden within their data sets.
  • Evangelize Open Source Excellence: Serve as a passionate advocate for our Open Source offerings while showcasing the power of our commercial features. You'll be at the forefront of technological innovation.
  • Inspire Creative Solutions: Discover new and diverse use cases that enable our users to work smarter, not harder. You'll be the catalyst for transformation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Work in harmony across Elastic's various business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll be the conductor of a symphony of success.
  • Charting New Horizons: Thoughtfully identify new business opportunities within your accounts, skillfully navigate the sales cycle, and close complex transactions. You're not just a salesperson; you're a strategic partner.
  • Architect Growth: Develop a robust business plan leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems to fuel substantial Elastic growth within your accounts. You'll be architecting the future.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Sales Prowess: A track record of excellence in selling SaaS subscriptions into new, intricate accounts. Your success is demonstrated by consistently surpassing quotas and glowing customer references.
  • Deep Industry Understanding: An innate understanding of our ecosystem, including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud. You're not just selling; you're solving critical challenges.
  • Relationship Mastery: The ability to build lasting relationships and earn credibility with both Developers and Executives. You're a trusted advisor.
  • Open Source Enthusiasm: An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the vibrant community of users who rely on our solutions every day. You're part of something bigger.
  • Territory Expertise: Previous experience selling into the Enterprise accounts in Rio de Janeiro. You know the lay of the land.
