We are looking for an outstanding Senior Revenue Manager to join our Revenue team to optimize our customer contracting and revenue recognition processes.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the Senior Manager will be a key contributor in advising cross-functional teams on strategic transactions and deal structure to optimize revenue recognition in a very fast-growing, dynamic, and distributed company. You will also work with the other Revenue leaders to ensure our monthly revenue close is completed efficiently and effectively.
You have a solid understanding of software and SaaS revenue guidance under US GAAP, with a positive, solution-oriented demeanor and ability to remain calm in complicated situations.
You are a hard-working, quick learning self-starter, a clear communicator, and a thorough reviewer who can identify risks and issues, investigate underlying details where vital, and quickly escalate matters where appropriate.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $128,100 and $176,200, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
