The Finance team is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst as a part of our growth. This person will support the global treasury function of Elastic, encompassing over 20 (and growing) different subsidiary bank accounts. In addition, s/he will also play an influential part of initiatives to ensure we have optimal systems and processes in place to retain control in a hyper-growth, global environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will ensure adequate liquidity at Elastic, from planning through positioning and through payments and funding our subsidiaries. You will be in charge of cash flow metrics, trend analysis and reporting

You will assist in identifying Elastic’s foreign exchange exposures and recommend steps to mitigate such exposures.

You will be involved in all facets of Treasury at Elastic including Investments, Insurance and Intercompany settlements

In addition, you will:

• Drive all bank account documentation activities (opening/closing accounts, KYC, changes to signatures, etc.) for all the groups global bank accounts
• Handle the daily cash position and forecasting across all bank accounts globally including reconciliations for period end close and liquidity reporting
• Perform monthly foreign exchange analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all global rules and regulations as well as help build and maintain the company’s policies and procedures relating to cash transactions and processes
• Work closely with our internal and external auditors on all audit and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Tax, FP&A, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to optimize intercompany funding
• Work independently on ad hoc financial analyses and other cash management special projects

What You Bring Along:

Do you have experience in international treasury that you're itching to tell us about? Do you want to expand your global footprint?

Are you a go-to resource for Excel? And do you make sure that every detail is covered and then double-check things, just to be sure?

If that's you, you must also possess:

• 3+ years experience in a similar international treasury role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with online banking portals, investment portals, and treasury management systems
• General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements related to cash and investment activities
• Superb attention-to-detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
• FX Analysis and Reporting
