The Finance team is looking for an International Reporting Senior Analyst who would be exhilarated to join a small financial reporting team in a fast-growing technology company. This role will report to our Manager, International Financial Reporting. You will work together with a broad range of groups: accounting, tax, legal and treasury. 

What You Will Be Doing:

With direction from the Manager, and others, you will drive timely and accurate completion of statutory reporting requirements across a number of international entities and resolve project roadblocks as needed !

In the day-to-day, you can expect to:

  • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules as per IFRS/local GAAP!
  • Establish strong working relationships and collaborate with various internal groups & external consultants & auditors
  • Maintain statutory ledgers to track US GAAP vs local GAAP/IFRS differences year over year
  • Monitor, analyze and interpret new, proposed and changes to financial reporting requirements
  • Assist on the request and communication with service providers and external auditors
  • Provide insightful financial analysis including explanations of variances between actual and prior period results and presents findings
  • Participate in other international reporting projects as assigned

What You Bring Along:

  • Professional accolades (CA/CPA) and prior experience in financial reporting
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment

In addition, you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of external audit, accounting, and/or financial reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS & local GAAP
  • Proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with large ERP system (NetSuite preferred)
  • Potential to handle multiple challenging projects & priorities simultaneously & stay highly organized
